Lt. Reginald Barclay
Reg “Broccoli” Barclay is accompanied by a ‘Barclay’ Starfleet base, and green accessories – including a fencing foil from his his most self-aggrandizing Holodeck fantasy. This differs from the limited release ‘1701’ Barclay in a few ways : lighter hair, a costume with black shoulders (instead of the later reversed-colors design), and a short black collar.
