Elim Garak
As a simple tailor, Elim Garak comes with orange (or blue) accessories, and a Cardassian logo base. He’s probably one of the only action figures to ever come with a tape measure. As a resident of Deep Space Nine, his motives are always unclear… until it’s revealed that he was part of the dreaded Obsidian Order, who has probably changed his ways.
