This Jean-Luc Picard figure only came with a phaser and was an exclusive to Toyfare Magazine. This depicts a Picard who never lost his biological heart in a bar brawl, and for some reason, never developed the personality traits to become a captain. Also from the episode “Tapestry” is the notorious “1701” Picard.
